La villa est vraiment superbe, spacieuse, bien équipée. Les plus sont la terrasse couverte d'une voile, la piscine chauffée et la vue incroyable. Le village de Luz est charmant, très calme mais on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette maison.

We were a group of 5 adults and 5 kids of various ages. The house is spacious, with a beautiful seaview, nice terrace and a large garden which the kids enjoyed. We usually walked the few minutes down to the village and beaches. We spent two wonderful weeks - thanks also for the great service!

Es war einfach nur herrlich! Das Haus, der beheizte Pool, die Umgebung, Luz... wir kaa am men als Großfamilie- Großeltern, 2Paare, 3 Kinder. Es gab für alle Schlafzimmer, Bäder, wunderbare Plätze zum Zusammensein (riesen Esstisch im Freien als auch in der Küche) und dennoch für alle Rückzugsorte. Es war einfach wirklich alles perfekt! Danke!

Localizada num sítio maravilhoso, com uma vista soberba sobre a vila da Praia da Luz e com o oceano como pano de fundo, esta propriedade teria tudo para umas férias maravilhosas. O jardim (se é que o podemos chamar de jardim...) teria de estar jardinado e cuidado para que dele se pudesse desfrutar e dar um ar mais fresco e acolhedor. Da forma que está é uma menos-valia para a propriedade. O abastecimento de água teria de não ser simplesmente desastroso. Já não falo dos cortes de água a que a culpa tem de ser imputada ao abastecimento local, mas a inexistência de pressão deveria ter sido resolvida. O proprietário (Filip) esteve sempre disponível para mim durante a estadia para ir resolvendo as situações (demais) que se me depararam. Uma das quais a falta de água (logo no segundo dia da estadia) que foi resolvida por uma "artimanha" ligando o abastecimento de água através de uma mangueira a uma casa vizinha. Foi desligado este “sistema” e um dia depois nova falta de água para voltar a ligar o sistema “paralelo”. Curiosamente nos dias em que este "sistema" teve ligado, a pressão da água foi bastante razoável. Isso aponta em meu entender que poderá existir uma solução para este problema, que foi o maior que encontrei de facto na propriedade que aluguei e de alguma forma estragou aquelas que poderiam ter sido umas férias maravilhosas.

Had a fab time in a great house! Such a good location too

Nos ha resultado una casa estupenda y muy agradable para pasar los 10 días que hemos estado. Si que le vendría bien una pequeña reforma en la instalación eléctrica que se queda un poco corta en cuanto a enchufes y la luz exterior, pero la casa merece mucho la pena a pesar de ello. La piscina una maravilla y las terrazas estupendas!!!

Piscina muito boa e espaço exterior Mas só um ar condicionado a funcionar e sem ar condicionado nos quartos prejudica o conforto no verão!!

Everything as described :) Spacious house with lots of room inside and out. Also perfect for families, if you kid-proof the pool a bit. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

The villa was fantastic and boasts one of the best views in Luz. The space is very private yet still only a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront. The villa is very well equipped, with much more than I would typically expect. The only thing it was missing was an oven however this is a very minor issue and did not impact our opinion of the place. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Wat een fijne villa! De villa heeft ruime vertrekken maar is zeker knus. Buiten hebben we genoten op het terras en van het zwembad met uitzicht op de oceaan. Het huis was netjes en schoon. Binnen 10 min. wandelen sta je op het strand waar je leuke cafes en restaurants vindt. Restaurant Fortaleza Da Luz is zeker een aanrader. We hebben een top week gehad!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het verwarmde zwembad. Het huis was brandschoon en erg gezellig toen we aankwamen. Er stonden zelfs veldbloemen op tafel! We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden voor een mooie vakantie. Hopelijk komen we hier nog eens terug. Aanrader!

I found this place to be grubby, cold, totally outdated, electrics unsafe with sockets that do not work and hanging off the wall with exposed live wires, no safety barrier for the 12 foot drop to the pool, death waiting to happen. There was no oven as advertised, aircon (only 2 units) does not work, heating units 30 years old do not work, dismal tiny amounts of outdated furniture, lights many not working, others flicker dangerously, dark dismal excuse of a property, avoid like the plague, do not take your children, someone will die in this place eventually.

Casa das Andorinhas doet wonderen met een mens, zalig huis met een mooi uitzicht op de zee, alle comfort, zalig zwembad, mooie omgeving en vlakbij het gezelligste kuststadje van Algarve, Lagos op 5 km. Dit is echt vakantie. Klein min-puntje misschien, de slaapkamers zijn heel comfortabel maar wel wat koeltjes ingericht, maar ik heb gehoord van de eigenaar dat er een upgrade komt in februari 2019.

Een sprookje! s'morgens wakker worden en dan de oceaan zien, uit je heerlijk grote bed stappen en de openslaande deuren door om een sprong in het heerlijk verwarmde zwembad te nemen. Na het zwemmen de buitendouche gebruiken en heerlijk loungen op de relaxte bedden. 's avonds genieten van het grote dakterras met uitzicht op de oceaan en daarna heerlijk voor de tv die connect met je mobiel, of lezen, spelletjes doen in de grote living boven. Overdag genieten van de vele prachtige strandjes, leuke barretjes, heerlijke restaurantjes of een actieve dag : hiken, kajakken, zwemmen markten bezoeken, winkelen etc. Een super plek! We komen heel graag terug

Wat hebben we genoten. Een huis met een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan. Een heerlijk zwembad en omdat het verwarmd was hebben we daar in november! Iedere dag gebruik van gemaakt. Ruime kamers, heerlijke grote bedden een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lopend naar het strand of supermarkt. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Prachtige omgeving. Goede service. Wij komen heel graag terug!

Wat een mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad en fantastisch uitzicht. We hebben een super week gehad en raden dit huis dan ook aan. Wel moet je zeker als je vaker naar het dorp wil een auto hebben want het is best een lange stijle loop naar het centrum en strand, zeker met ouderen of kids. Helaas waren er wel wat min puntjes, zo werkte de wifi niet en hadden wij om 2 kinder bedjes en stoelen gevraagd waarop bevestigd is dat deze er zouden zijn. Toen die er niet bleken te zijn moesten we zelf maar een bedje kopen en dan de kosten verhalen. Qua service niet echt klantvriendelijk had graag gezien dat dit door de verhuurder zelf opgelost zou worden. Wij hebben besloten zelf een bedje te maken door een matras op de grond afgezet met wat kasten en kussens.

This villa is as advertised. Photos are accurate. Very large space for several families with indoor and outdoor dining options. Great kitchen space, laundry room provided. Rooms are very spacious and overall the villa is in great condition and very clean. Relax by the pool, enjoy the view of the ocean, bonus area is a wet bar and shower/changing room near the pool! Near other villas but VERY private and quiet. Very short (5 mins) drive to town and the nearby beach or a short walk (10-15 mins). The villa is in Praia da Luz or Luz, a small town with plenty of open air cafes and a beautiful stretch of beach. Luz also has two very nice grocery stores! Very close to other towns such as Sagres and Lagos. We were very happy here and the villa is highly recommended.

Prachtig huis, heerlijk terras, bijzonder mooie plek en uitzicht. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien.
