Staff cordialissimo sin dal giorno prima dell'arrivo. Ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni per raggiungere il parcheggio adiacente alla residenza. Sono stati flessibili sull'orario di check-in senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Molto gradito il pass per l'auto per poter parcheggiare nella ZTL. È un hotel diffuso, la nostra camera era adiacente alla reception. La stessa si trova nel pieno centro storico di Termoli molto carino e suggestivo. La stanza era pulitissima, molto curata particolari volte superiori e maioliche interessante sia nella stanza che nel bagno. Colazione abbondante in una saletta adiacente alla reception molto bella e accogliente.

Qualche rumore di notte in quanto adiacente alla struttura c'è un hamburgheria, ma niente di grave.

The location in the old central adds charm to otherworldly levels. Breakfasts were exceptionally tasty

Oh dear! Maybe the room (#23) is OK in summer, but in winter, when the heating is on, there is a continuous thrumming noise which is really, really unpleasant. In addition, for us oldies, the stairs wee slippery and steep. Potentially dangerous, and very inconvenient for movement of luggage. Furthermore, the pathway to the room has a very rough, unmade surface, and is poorly (dangerously) lit in the part where there are a few steps. A few spots of black mould in the bathroom, and the bathroom door is noisy. Shower door is beyond hopeless, although the flow of hot water from the shower head was good. As for the 'Sea View' - grim might be the best way to describe it. All-in-all this room was disappointing, and far from being a bargain at this time of year.
