Lovely authentic Italian family run hotel but with recently upgraded bedrooms and a new swimming pool and decking area which is a great addition when wanting to relax during the day. Family rooms were a good size with sizeable bathrooms and little kitchen was helpful. Excellent location in the centre but yet still quiet when wanting to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel bar service was great - excellent Hugo spritz!
There is nothing that we would change.

Greeted by lovely staff as soon as we entered. This hotel was charming and spotlessly clean.
Fairly large room with good air con which was definitely needed.
Location excellent. It was 5 minutes walk in one direction to the harbour and 5 minutes in the other for the castle with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way
Very minor thing- pool area quite small. We din’t come to Malcesine to sit around a pool but was nice to have a dip at the end of a hot day and there weren’t many loungers.

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of town, with everything you need a few steps away. Very accomodating to our needs and friendly, helpful staff. Travelled with children. Room was clean, beds were great, a small pool but the kids enjoyed it. We were able to charge our electric car too. Breakfast was not taken but tea is free to take as you need. Super refreshing citrus water at reception!
For the price, the staff and the location, nothing to complain about!
