Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble dans cet hôtel.

- Gentillesse du personnel - Établissement propre et agréable - Diversité du petit-déjeuner

- Chambre pour notre séjour très mal isolé au niveau sonore et luminaire (cette dernière laissé entrer la lumière du couloir dans notre chambre pendant la nuit, ce qui donc nous réveiller, et nous entendions également le personnel et les clients claquer les portes et aller et venir durant toute la nuit)

The rooms seem to be freshly renovated. The bathroom was nice and clean.

The staff was really nice and helpful with tips for the stay.

Beautiful room, beautiful venue, amazing staff

The entire place was perfect, updated but still felt historical. The rooms were updated and cozy but simple and modern. The view was stunning. Domingo Cabrera was a wonderful man who took care of us and went above and beyond to make our trip the best. Would stay again!

Great little town. A must see place.

Great breakfast. Lovely staffs. Great location. The hotel met my expectations, the hotel provided me a room with a view that I requested, they didn't disappoint me at all. Also handed me a map to see the area around which had a never ending spectacular views. The breakfast area outside the hotel was nice too.The room also had a mini fridge which became quite handy to store some chilled snacks/foods and water especially as the days were very hot. Regular bus no.7 service from Central Florence. I would like to stay at Villa Bonelli again. Would like to thank the hotel manager and the staffs for their great hospitality. Fully recommended if you are looking for a stay out of the town in a peaceful place with amazing views. Also don't miss the night views and the sunsets.

Couldn't adjust the shower head, but wasn't a big issue. Just a little bit hilly to get to the hotel on foot. Not many places to eat and always crowded. Reservation for a table might be the best option if you are looking to eat in a local restaurant.

the host was lovely to deal with. enjoyable breakfast. very clean and quiet. a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Florence. nice to have the choice of 2 terraces for the warm summer evenings

Disappointing

Good breakfast, quiet location

Photos displayed in Booking are different to the room we got. We requested for a room alike the ones in the picture and the receptionist wasn't able to provide an answer without calling a manager. We waited 20 minutes for the manager to arrive just to hear they did not have a different room available and that rooms in Booking pictures are not available for Booking reservations (??). We selected this hotel for the pictures shown in Booking.

Excellent except for the bad smell which forced us to depart two days early at our expense.

Staff was very pleasant, room dimensions and noise were good. View and ventilation was very good. Absent the strong smell from sewer gas in the bathroom, it was a fine choice in the lovely little suburb of Fiesole.

There was a strong bad smell (odore cattiva or odore male) in the bathroom especially overnight.

the price is high, but in general Firenze is let’s say expensive the breakfast was quite basic, although had all the essentials

Overall a good stay in a well located hotel

Well located, the room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. I even got the room a bit earlier than 2pm.

I got eaten alive by mosquitos in the room :( Breakfast was okay but would have been nice to be asked if I wanted a hot drink.

A fabulous week in beautiful Fiesole; we look forward to returning to Hotel Villa Bonelli.

Owner was very welcoming and went out of his way to have our room ready much earlier than normal check in time. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely shower, regular change of towels, toilet rolls & toiletries topped up every day as required. Delicious breakfast each morning served on the patio by lovely lady.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was all great.

Great hosts, room, breakfast & views!

The staff communicated very well & were most helpful with questions, calling a taxi etc We chose Fiesole because it is in the hills over looking Florence so it is scenic, less crowded, quieter & cooler in temperature. There are fascinating Roman & Etruscan ruins plus an excellent museum of antiquities in Fiesole. Lots of choice for little cafes, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel Villa Bonelli. We would love to return & thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Good location close to restaurants and lovely views overlooking Florence. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included.

Very good

Spacious room and bathroom. Had a balcony with a view of the streets of Fiesole (and a peak out into the valley). Good cleaning service and good facilities. Aircondition and minifridge both worked well.

The breakfast was not very inspiring, and the coffee machine made surprisingly bad coffee. There was a bit of noise during the day from the hallway into the room.

This charming hotel was nestled neatly on a side road in town just a few blocks from the center.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel in the night. Our taxi driver got lost and it took a bit time. Also the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
