It was basic but very comfortable. The staff were delightful and always helpful. Having the car park was great although the road is very tight and steep but we managed ok. The terrace for breakfast was so lovely. A very pleasant and quick stay.

Good location in Fiesole. A short bus ride to Firenze. Quiet room, clean and a decent shower. A/C worked well.
Can’t say it spoiled our stay, but if you’re driving there, it can be a bit awkward to find as the road is very narrow and up a hill.

Beautiful hotel with many cozy shared spaces. Outdoor and indoor seating areas with books! And the nice 24 hour Honesty snack and drink area. Professional and personable women at the front desk. Great breakfast.

The room was spotless. The staff at reception wished to be helpful and the taxi they arranged came right on time. It was nice you could have breakfast outside. Location was in a steep side lane, close to a wooded hilllside.
the layout of the hotel was very awkward and the furnishings in the common parts were ugly too. Fruit at breakfast was rock hard.
