The Coast Yard B & B and Garden Chalets

Location - a short walk from Selsey town centre where there are a choice of pubs, bars and restaurants. Accommodation - sufficient parking at the front. Clean and tidy throughout. Bedroom was a reasonable size. En suite toilet and shower was small, but very clean. Linen provided including flannels. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Pleasant outlook into the well-maintained garden. Food - evening meal was an option, but we ate out. Breakfast had a comprehensive range of hot food plus an array of cereals/fruit/yoghurt. Can recommend the full English on offer. Various vegetarian options on the menu. Host - was cheerful, polite and helpful.

Staff were so friendly and kind which makes such a difference. Comfy and clean room (great to have a heated blanket too) and fantastic breakfasts. Tea, coffee and snacks well stocked in the room which was a nice touch
