Convenient to where we visited.
Very hot bedroom, no thermostat on radiator. Only one bedside lamp.

We have stayed here a number of times and enjoy it. It is a good location on the outskirts of Bradford on Avon, with Bath and the Cotswolds on the doorstep. We were upgraded to a great room with a fantastic view. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and smiling.
Our large bathroom had cobwebs on the ceiling, obvs missed by cleaner as rest of bathroom was clean. Although it was missing hand soap and toilet paper. Bedroom could do with a blanket incase of cold. Nice breakfast but mushrooms could be sauteed instead of steamed. And the hot water for tea could be hotter.

Handy for Bradford on Avon. Friendly check-in.
Breakfast was not worth price, particularly as tea urn wasn’t working.
