Basic and dated, the unused room joiner door has no sound absorbing qualities and was certainly no match for a coughing snoring neighbour. Whilst amble tea and sugar provided - no spoon to mix the 2. Mini bar ( that a substantial deposit is held for) has missing items (marked subject to availability) doesn't give you much confidence in knowing what you may be charged for. Advised on check in that the restaurant was closed and a trip to town for a meal would be required.

I arrived late in the evening, Nick and Suzie were so very hospitable and they made sure I got my room as i need a good rest before my business meeting, and the Breakfast was outstanding and fresh, Phil's Latte was exceptional, as good as the many i have had in Milano Italy

The ocean view the rest, staff, were nice the rest was Disappointing.
The spa was out of order for all 4 days which was the major reason for our stay. It’s not a Mantra, no refined elegance. It’s out dated and shabby, which is a shame and it’s quite an interesting boutique hotel. The furnishing just aren’t quite right. The carpet needs cleaning and our room smelt like wet dog!
Mostly disappointing was no turn down on Sunday (after working coming back to no clean towels was a total let down) the room cost the same and they didn’t tell us.
There is lots of tradies staying which ment trucks motors running at 6am, guys sitting outside smoking at night.
