La ubicacion fue lo mejor, a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la estacion del metro, ademas el barrio es bastante tranquilo, camine a eso de las 1-2 am sin ningun problema y muy temprano por la mañana tambien, además valoro bastante el servicio de limpieza a la habitación, esta era cómodo y cumplía con las expectativas, solo ampliaria un poco el buffet de desayuno pagado (9 euros). Puedo recomendar ampliamente este lugar por su relación precio v/s calidad y sin duda volvería a reservar.
Solo ofreceria un desayuno un poco mas variado, pero en general superó mis expectativas.

Everything was clean and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and held our luggage.
There is no elevator, but the staff offered my parents a ground floor room which was very nice.

The staff is great! The property looks very nice, like the breakfast area, desk area and bar area. The stairs are ok but not for everyone to go up them. Everything is very clean. I would stay there again.
The rooms need a little bit of love to match the common area, like replacing the lamp shades, shower head etc. We also ran into lots of ants don´t know what can be done about them. Better pillows are needed.

The location is right near the metro line 13, and Malakoff was pretty safe and quiet.
The bathroom was so small you can’t manage to use the toilet with the doors closed and there was only a small bar of soap. There was no insect screen on windows, so to be able to breathe you sleep with insects all night. There is no fridge in the room, there IS NO AC in the rooms which was a horrible experience especially in the heatwave. And I noticed you can’t door the lock, and when I asked the staff told me it’s for customers safety, in case of an emergency they can get in. ??? I felt unsafe I had to put a chair in front of the door, I have never heard of something like this before.
