Doći ću opet.

Sam hotel je fantastičan. Od samog ulaza, preko broja liftova, do samih soba. Sadržaji hotela su odlični. Čini mi se da bi dobrodošla jedna suva sauna, koje nema u hotelu. Bazen na krovu je izuzetan.

Nisu mi se dopale cene u baru hotela. Više su od cena u barovima u centru grada, a čini mi se da ne bi trebalo da bude tako. Obično kad gostujem u hotelima volim da pred spavanje sedim u baru i ispijam žestine, a ovog puta je to izostalo. Iskreno zbog visoke cene. Cena Martinija je bila kao cena Konjaka XO u baru centra grada.

Good property but not near town

Very nice room, great staff, included breakfast very good, offered a free shuttle to town (but hours limited), very clean

The location is a 30 minute walk from town through areas of deserted buildings - did not feel at all safe outside

The room is great. The employees are very friendly. The restaurant was wonderful. Very nice lobby and bar area.

The location is not good. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city center. I wouldn’t walk it at night.

Όλα όπως πρέπει

Το πρωινό είχει ό,τι θέλαμε. Στα συν ο freddo cappuccino δίχως χρέωση. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και διακριτικό. Με παρκινγκ. Άνετο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό. Ησυχο. Δεν μας προβλημάτισε τίποτα στη διαμονή μας.

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι να μας δυσαρεστήσει.

It was ok but i think there are much better choices for the money.

I liked the facilities and the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and there is also a sky bar from what I've heard, that closed for the winter the same day unfortunately and didn't get a chance to visit. Great for conferences etc.

It's not in the greatest of areas. You need to drive or commute to get to the heart of the city. The rooms i feel are overpriced. I paid a higher price to get a port view, which i did, but it's nothing like what i expected. Lots of buildings and between them the sea. Cranes and ships.

Decent choice

Modern look, great staff, nice roof pool.

Location - more than 25 mins to city center, area is a bit run down and very dusty, breakfast was a bit limited.

Only staff is nice.

First of all,hotel is old.Nothing like on pictures. Old furnitire,bad and all.Pool on rooftop is quite old and bar.They charged me 50e for dog,ok that is rules of hotel,but you should anounce somewhere that.I payed 300e for one night because I need to check out earlier. There is a lot of better hotels in Thesaloniki.

Pleasant

The kind hotel staff and the fact that there is parking at the site as well as shuttle to the centre and back.

The hotel looks a bit worn out (it was really fancy looking interior in the past), and the breakfast is far from what it used to be. These were the compensation for the not so good location and for the fairly big price in comparison to other hotels in the centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing lobby, excellent breakfast

Room didn't have all the facilities described in Booking. A very unpleasant strong odor from the surrounding didn't allow to open the room window. Room had poor soundproofing

Excellent 5* hotel

Great beds and nice bathrooms with separate toilet. Very quiet rooms. Rich breakfast with very helpful personnel. Big spacious underground parking space with 10 euros per night.

The area is not nice to walk around in the evening but is close to the city center with the car and 2 shopping malls.

Cool hotel ,great food but not central

Breakfast was amazing. Great quality and choice. Cool decor . Great lunch

The rooftop pool and bar were shut despite being 23 degrees outside. We were not notified of this beforehand and had been a selling point. The bedroom facing the dock was terribly hot and did not cool down with AC on , the staff were kind enough to mive us to another room the second night. The hotel is about 20 min walk to the central part of Thessaloniki a free mini bus does go every hour ,buy we haf to make use of taxis.

beautiful hotel, great experience.

it was clean, staff were so friendly and the facilities were amazing! there was also a transfer bus into city centre.

I think the location wasn't the best. there were a lot of derelict buildings and the area wasn't so clean however it wasn't too far from the city centre.

Not meet the expectations for a 5* hotel. Better hotels in Thessaloniki at that price

Spa area was nice and clean

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional! You couldn’t feel the hospitality that you expect from a 5* hotel at all! From the very first moment when we checked-in the lady who was at the reception (Valeria) was not professional. You expect that there is a process in such a category of hotels, i.e check-in of the guest/onboarding, give info about breakfast, spa/pool area opening hours etc, but the lady the inly thing was caring about was take our IDs to make a copy and change us about the dog we had with us. All the others info we had to ask about getting information. We have booked amd stayed there for 6 nights. At the cheking day but also during our stay noone informed us that birh weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), the hotel has been paid for wedding celebration parties at the rooftop and that it would be loud. Although we complained about the loud musin to the reception and management of the hotel, the answer we got was “we are sorry, but we cannot do anything!”. From my recommwndation the hotel doesn’t meet at all the standards of a 5* hotel and comparisson to other hotels of the same category i’ve been to I would say it’s a no-go! There are other better hotels (that are also 4* hotels) in Thessaloniki, that offer hospitality, facilities and better location and biew as well -so better go for that option.
