The shuttle from the airport was great and was there as soon as I got to the platform, which was easy enough to find. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable and quiet. Had the best sleep! Would definitely stay there next time I need a hotel at CDG airport.
The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because there was no milk in the room for my morning coffee. The breakfast was ok but I think it would've been better if I'd got there earlier. Other than that there were no problems at all.

The price was great largely due to the hotels location which is reliant on vehicle access given location. First impressions of the reception area, room, food and staff are all very good.
We had evening food at the hotel and while the food was good, we had a desert incorrectly added to our check / bill. I wasn’t sure if it was an honest mistake or on purpose. Was strange as there weren’t many people eating other than us (2 other tables all not having desert). There were also a few bugs visible in the hotel room, woman’s sanitary products were ridiculously overpriced to the extent that they are profiteering on something that should be offered for free, and the electric vehicle charging - we were incorrectly charged and it’s an ongoing issue (although the hotel manager kindly got involved and I have his business card). Oh and our room cards stopped working after every 24 hrs (we stayed 3 nights) plus our room ran out of toilet paper on the final morning so went to the men’s in the lobby and it to had run out so had to go into the ladies to get the valuable asset (and take back to my room for our son to use).

Very modern and generously sized room.
Despite asking several times prior to my visit to Paris regarding the timing of the shuttle to the airport, I was limited to only what was available on the day when I checked in (at 2pm). This meant that any guest who was there before me, could book the shuttle that suited them best. I was limited to a very early shuttle or a very late shuttle. This meant that I could only eat my breakfast (which I had paid for in advance) for a maximum of 10 mins before having to get on the shuttle to the airport. Disappointing as my day was mainly spent at the airport without a relaxing breakfast.
