Comfortable and good value

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice for cooked and continental options.

Lack of restaurant for an evening meal was a little disappointing, and being next to a service station with a busy McDonalds (which admittedly resolved my evening meal issue), made for a little noise during the night.

all good, straightforward stay, clean

good breakfast, room and bathroom all clean

a little bit of noise from the nearby MaccyD's but I knew it was there so took my chances and was unluckily in the room nearest this. most rooms probably ok.

Nice easy rest up place

Little bit out dated, bath wasn't that clean and looked v used overall was good for 1 night.

Staff were very helpful. Location was great for what we needed. Parking good but a little tight at the front.

Nothing to complain about - I would stay here again

Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, bathroom was adequate

TV had no Chanel menu so couldn’t find info on programs No iron in the room

It was as explained in the advertisement and close to the event we were attending, so we were happy

We arrived very late and the person at reception was very pleasant Breakfast was very nice and quick

There was no parking available when we arrived. I assume that was because of a busy weekend, but there was no direction to any additional parking Too far from Arundel to walk

Very convenient for my stay and exceptional value

The view from the bedroom was great, very peaceful. The bed was comfy.

I would like to change the cup and saucer for a mug.

the last occupant had left food in the wardrobe which means the cleaning staff didn’t check as much as they should

Big bed and decent bar prices.

Our bathroom was very dated and the toilet seat was considerably smaller than the toilet. When I rested my head on the top of the headboard, my hair was covered in dust! For £8 the breakfast was very basic and decided not to have it the following day. No lift so we had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs.

Was woken up at 7am to a fire alarm couldn’t get back to sleep after so left early. Was very noisy

nice stay but getting into hotel car park and entrance was not good

clean. spacious. breakfast was good

it sits in a one way entrance and exit which shares a McDonald’s Drive Thru plus a Costa drive thru and a garage. very congested when arriving at 17:00 hrs. not a good start to our break after a long journey.

Good / better than expected. Location not promising - behind a service station with smell from Macdo

Very good choices for breakfast. Good to have a bath and a shower. Opening window very welcome.

Bed not made up one day - coffee etc was. Door to stairs from corridor is a bit noisy. Fault in toilet cistern - noisy filler kept running. Decor rather tired.

Simple clean and convenient no-frills hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel, no frills but there is a bar and a good buffet type breakfast for only £8 pp. Convenient for the A27. It is adjacent to a filling station and a McDonald's. there is a craft brewery type place across the road in walking distance, and a Beefeater slightly further away but still walkable, otherwise you will need a car to get to Arundel

Car parking is a bit tight, spaces are definitely not designed for any car built since 2010. On a previous visit there was a problem with the queue for the McDonald's drive-thru next door blocking the entrance to the hotel early evening, that didn't happen this time but it was the school holidays which may have made a difference

clean room with comfortable beds ,tv ,hair drier and kettle .good choice of breakfast .

location was 30 walking from the city centre which wasn’t ideal as it was a very trafficked road

a clean budget hotel but eat elsewhere

room was clean and comfortable

cooked breakfast was awful, hash browns chewy and stale, sausages tasteless, cheap and mushy Do not waste your money on the breakfast it is not worth the £8 per person they refunded our breakfast as it was so awful. I was ill for the day and cut our weekend short and went home

Comfortable stay and I would go again

Breakfast was adequate with choice of hot buffer or cold food. Would have liked plain yoghurt as they only had one choice of fruit. Very good value for money. All the staff were welcoming and helpful at all times.

Decor a little tired. More soundproofing between floors as I could hear upstairs walking around and it sounded like elephants!

Location was good. It was easy to find. The staff were pleasant and helpful

During the night you could hear a lot of noise from the service station next door so sound proofing wasn't the best.
