Proximity to the Gare. Staff welcome.l on arrival. Size of the room, decor, smell of the room, hotel decor generally. The peaceful night for sleeping.

We wanted a place close to the train station; it is very close without train noise. The check in staff person was kind and helpful, including providing extra pillows. The wifi worked fine. The hotel has some nice decorating touches in common areas.
The breakfast was very basic and there was some confusion because we had not been given breakfast tickets when we checked in and paid for the room and breakfast the prior afternoon.

Very good location, air conditioning effective and bed comfortable.
Cost similar to Campanile Montpellier where facilities superior. TV - no international stations; fixtures & fittings very 'DIY'; shower and wardrobe in 1 'cupboard', WC and washbasin in another 'cupboard' - both cupboards separated by window.
Breakfast minimal french coffee/fruit juice/2 croissants.
