Bed mattress was old uncomfortable & had broken springs on one side

Very clean room, parking onsite and the staff were very helpful and friendly. No kettle in the room BUT free coffee and tea in the restaurant in the morning was a godsend. The location is a 30 minute or so walk into the town centre but there are buses at 2.50 euros a trip. If you dont want the centre of town to eat ( very touristy) there is a great restaurant ( waiters clad in traditional white shirt and black waistcoats) called Bouillon Bernadette near the Imperial bus stop, you cant miss it, great food at a reasonable price and its only a 15 minute walk back to the hotel.

First of all the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was more or less o.k, all destinations easily accessable.
From our window we looked in the back yard of a restaurant. It was full of rubbish bins and smelling, impossible to open the window. We could hear the people talking in the neighbor rooms, even walking. The inside construction of this hotel is very poor. When you walk up and down in your room even the cupboard is shaking. It is an advantage that we come from Greece, so we are used to earthquakes.
