Отлично разположение на хотела, което в Париж е важен фактор. Много любезен персонал и чисти стаи. Приятно изненадани бяхме от каната за чай в стаята.

Hotel is in a central area, near a metro station and gare du nord and many restaurants
Good value for money
staff were friendly
AC was good
Fridge was included, nice to have cold water in the summer
Room was too small for a 3 bed layout
Rooms are a bit old
You have to pick up the luggage one floor to the reception to use the lift/elevator

I was slightly nervous before my staying after seeing some negative reviews, but the hotel ended up being great and I did not observe any of the shortcomings described. This is lovely small family hotel, the owners and the staff were super nice and helpful. the room was pleasant and comfortable (if a bit small, as it is with this kind of hotels in Paris). I liked the central location where I was able to walk to many destinations, including the Marais. Wifi was solid (I remote work), the hotel is keeping very safe with intercom door. connections to airports, both CDG and ORLY are convenient as we are just few stops by Metro from Gare de Nord. This will be my go-to hotel for future visits. Excellent value for money.
The immediate street location is not perfect.
