Nice place....a little light on the features. Staff were excellent.

The breakfast buffet was nice, but unremarkable. The central dias in the foyer and the bar were ok, but very expensive.

Food Offerings. Room Service. Complimentary van or Tuk Tuk could have been provided. Transfers to and from the train station were essentially by hailing a tuk tuk in the street. Many other smaller venues have this better covered.

Everything Top and the Lobby speak good English. Same Room Deluxe Renovation and very clean with Badroom and Shower and

Everything okay. The Hotel it’s old but make Renovations and the Room same the Staff help for Everything. Important the Lobby and Bell Boy speak good English. Many Hotels it Nakhon Ratchasima speak only Thai and this same 4 Star Hotel.But Booking this Hotel many Times and Everything Top.

Nice hotel for the price

we have used this hotel for more than 20 years. Even though it’s showing it’s age now we still like it. Staff are always helpful. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was fine. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. It’s just a bit to far to walk to the shopping mall. A Tuktuk is 60 Baht.

Nothing really , only the shower could do with a upgrade and the water was just warm.

Value for money and spacious

i liked the price and that we could get a big room with twin beds. Parking was good.

We were first given a double bed room but it was quickly changed. i do strongly dislike the current fad of bathrooms with a glass wall. This one had a blind with no indication of how to get it down. Also the shower was not hot, fortunately not too much of a problem in the tropics.

This time was not Ok. 🥺🥺

The location of the hotel is in the center of Korat. The bathtub was nice and comport.

The noise produced by the air conditioner was really loud. We couldn’t sleep well, therefore we turned off it. Our room was next to the staff’s elevator, it was also very loud. 😭😭 Some electric connectors didn’t work well. They need a maintenance.

Rooms very nice 👍🇦🇺 Very clean.

The A/C kept changing temperature 😪 Hot water was only warm !!!!! Should have quality coffee in hand at the lobby at all hours

Room was spacious and comfortable

The breakfast was unacceptable for the hotel. Was not a lot of choice and staff were reluctant to fill empty hot plates. Will not stay again for this reason alone.

good value for money

the hotel on the whole was not too bad especially for the cost, pool was nice and gym fully equipped, breakfast was quite ok and plenty of choice

the room I booked was quite nice and modern but the WIFI did not work which was important for me so we were moved to anther room with WIFI but the room was quite dated and we had a few problems with Aircon which was fixed quite quickly and another problem with lights coming on in the night on there own, the bed was also very uncomfortable

the room is renovated. cleanliness

This property is located on the main road. will hear the noise from the road if stay nearby the road. I did book the room with the stove but they don’t provide you any pan or pot for cooking, so no point to book the room with stove. When I rang the receptionist guy, what he said to me was they gonna give pan or kitchen kind of stuffs for the person who stay for a year or more….. I try not to give this kind of comments as because I am Thai too but the system keep asking me to review this…so!!!!

Poor Service

Cheap Price.

No hot water. Staff didn’t do anything about it. Not told times for breakfast. On website it said till 10:30 but it actually stops at 10:00 so missed breakfast.

Disappointing

I have stayed more than 10 times so far. The evaluation in this stay is bad. After 9 pm, the water supply broke down and no water came out, so we couldn't use the shower and toilet. We used the toilet at a nearby gas station. Also, there was no announcement of this failure. It's a very good hotel, but this time it was very disappointing.

Very good

I stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean and comfy. I like the lighting in the room. I also like how the light can’t travel through the curtains.

I did not like how the hotel placed the TV. It was too close to the wall, I could not plug in HDMI cable. I did not like breakfast the the hotel. Everything was way to sweet and the breads were very old.
