Vicinissima alle piste e dotata di tutti i comfort. Camere pulite e curate. Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio. Personale veramente cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante e ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Reception staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful
Family room was large and very comfortable
Wifi was extremely poor to non existant
Sauna could only be used in the mornings by our teenage boys and there was an hourly charge
Restaurant menu was alternative and portions were small. Did not suit our teenage boys.
Of the 6 occasions that we had pre booked the restaurant, we had been forgotten with no assigned table on 3 of these. One of these being the New Year's Eve banquet. We were eventually put in a forgotten table behind a pillar. When we addressed this, the restaurant manager and his female counterpart, rather than apologise, were quite aggressive and defensive.
Room was quite noisy at times.
