This newly renovated beach house enjoys what is arguably one of the finest positions on the Sunshine Coast, if not the entire eastern seaboard of Australia.
Nestled in the trees right above First Point Noosa, you take your own private staircase right down to Noosa’s Main Beach.
The architecturally designed house enjoys spectacular elevated views across Noosa, Laguna Bay, to the North Shore.
The upstairs living area features floor to ceiling windows spills via stacker doors onto a broad entertaining terrace with inside-outside living and a gourmet kitchen. A drop-down projector screen falls from the ceiling in the upstairs living room for some evening respite.
The master bedroom also embraces those beach and bay views, with a walk through dressing room and spectacular bathroom. Fully mosaic tiled, a sunken Japanese bath is the ideal place to relax with floor to ceiling windows an added viewing treat.
Downstairs to a second living area, two other ensuited bedrooms, each room enjoys the amazing view.
A luxurious covered wet edge pool which hovers above Main Beach. With driftwood style natural timber clad exterior, a huge inset daybed area overlooks the pool.
A gateway leads to further separate accommodation - a huge bedroom, bathroom and steam room.
The lower deck is a vast outdoor entertaining area which enjoys views through the trees.
The rock work in the staircase is quite spectacular - the staircase drops to leveled out tiers, bringing the beach and bay closer. Midway a custom fire pit and level BBQ area is another unique spot for entertaining.

This stunning property has been designed to take advantage of its spectacular location, with views second to none. The sprawling layout cleverly combines open plan living with privacy. The amenities left nothing to be desired, with a kitchen particularly well-equipped for entertaining at home - and why wouldn't you, with the multiple outdoor spaces beckoning? Waking up to a view of the water, and watching the sun set from the deck were highlights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I stayed at Laguna Bay Vista in February with our 3 young children. We all had the best holiday, the view was absolutely amazing and the house was without compromise. The kids loved the pool as did we. It was an easy work down the private hand laid stone steps to Hastings Street. Noosa is one of our favourite holiday destinations and Laguna Bay Vista was such a great find - Can't wait to stay again...
