Beautiful spacious room overlooking the Alps. Breakfast had everything, in the hotel had all the facilities you could imagine. Indoor and outdoor pool, billiards, ping-pong, sauna, gym, etc.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains. Everywhere you look is a spectacular view! The waidring cable car to steinplatte is quite close.- can walk there in 15 minutes.
Upon entering the hotel reception it looks very cosy, warm and luxurious. Very well decorated and maintained. The whole place smells like a spa! We were there in summer but can only imagine how comforting it could be in snowy winters. There's a lounge area with natural wood tables, sofas and coffe table overlooking a vast green pasture on the back. There is a lovely sitting area outside too, so you can enjoy the views. The hotel is quite child friendly with a game room, a cinema room and child menu in the buffet. You could borrow games from the reception. Nice place for family bonding during evenings.
Two pools- indoor and outdoor- both heated. Good sized Sauna and steam area.
The gym is very limited with just some equipment but probably enough for some.
The buffet was limited but still good variety with daily meat, fish and vegetarian options. Very good quality and tasty food.
Rooms are spacious, clean and with plenty closet room. Mini fridge with chargeable mini bar..
The outside area has plenty space to walk around.
The bed was too hard and uncomfortable.
The housekeeping did not change our sheets or even fold them properly.
It seemed some mealtimes, they were understaffed and thus could not attend to customers properly.
The room assigned to us had only a small window. So less light. But it had a balcony. This had not been cleaned.
Rooms are just basic and oldish- not 4star level, look very different from the reception area which looks high end.
No tea/coffee/kettle in the room.
The pool although outdoor does not offer any of the views as it is covered with bushes around
No staff to clean the pool/ spa area - it used to get quite slippery around the indoor pool.

Perfect! Really clean and everything works well, lovely warm pool, beautifully clean facilities. Friendly staff and great food!

The location is amazing.
Badly needs refurbishing, unfriendly staff, begged to have the room cleaned, spider nets in the toilette and the bathroom, very hot in the room - no stores, no thick long curtains, the room felt like sauna. There was no drier to hang towels on the balcony.
