It was a great location, right in the middle of the castle. It easy to get in and out of, and a great value for our trip.
It was a bit buggy in the local area. I wish we had cleaning supplies or that it was cleaned. Over the course of a week, it was less than tidy. The shower head was broken, so water got everywhere and there wasn’t really anyone to ask to fix it as there was not a reception. Otherwise, it was a good spot and a cozy little apartment. Parking was a bit of a walk up a hill, the center is a ZTL.

The host was accomodating to let us drop our bags off before check in. Liked the antiquity of the place, the location was beautiful and had a window with a view to the lake. Reception person was nice and helped me up the stairs with my bags.

Great location. Spacious. Old world charm. Great air conditioner.
I don’t believe this is a four star property. I understand that it’s old but it’s poorly maintained. So much dust. I had to put the cutlery and crockery through the dishwasher before we used it because some of the plates etc still had food on them. The toaster couldn’t be to plugged in, the kitchen because the PowerPoints are so old. There is no hot water in the kitchen, it just doesn’t get hot. The advertisement says the property has a pool but that is not at the city accommodation but at a more rural location some kms away.
