All was great! the room was spacious with a balcony. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious!
The bed was very big and everything was very clean.
Our room in particular did not have shutters for the windows, we had double curtains that did a good work, but we usually prefer shutters for complete darkness.

This is a truly special place. The hosts ("staff" definitely feels like the wrong word!) were just lovely. The location is superb. The room was good, and the bed was spectacularly comfortable. The public areas are exceptionally spacious and homely. I have stayed in several higher-end places in Arraiolos and Evora, including both the Pousadas, but I think I will stick to this one from now on!
Hard to think of anything! Just a tiny thing - a few more plug sockets maybe?! (Actually, a 4-way extension cable would be a good compromise- if you've got laptop, hairdryer and several gadgets to recharge, it's nice to have more plug points!)
