The stay itself was okay: the room was fine, the mosquito net over the bed was very useful, the AC worked, and breakfast was small but decent with some fruits, bread, cheese and ham, milk and juices. The location is great and right next to the beach.
- Before arriving, the accommodation contacted us on WhatsApp asking us to cancel our official booking and rebook directly with them for a small discount. We refused, as this is clearly an attempt to bypass platform costs and strip customers of their protection.
- When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait about 20 minutes before accessing our room. Since a code is required to open the key box, it would have been much more convenient if this had been sent to us in advance, especially because some travellers don‘t have wifi connection.
- There are a few exposed cables in the room that should be secured better in our view, especially since the entire room is made of wood (though we understand that standards differ locally).
- Things got worse when we tried to extend our stay. They quoted us a much higher price, claiming it was high season. When we checked Booking.com, the price online was actually much lower. When we pointed this out and declined, they suddenly offered us the normal, lower price—on the condition that we leave a 5-star review. Trying to extort positive reviews crosses a major ethical line in our view.

L'emplacement au bord de la plagr et le petit déjeuner en terrasse sont parfaits
La chambre des enfants est sans fenêtre, les toilettes extérieures sont nauséabondes. Les enfants ont dormi tout habillé car ils etaient templis de boutons de moustiques La terrasse du petit déjeuner est accessible uniquement 2 h par jour. Il n’y a pas d'espace commun pour chiller. Pas de poubelle dans les chambres . Notre terrasse de 3m2 à partager avec la chambre d'à côté, donc 1 hamac pour 5. Pas de vitre aux fenêtres. Bref, beaucoup de points à améliorer.
