The room temperature controls weren't adequate, felt a bit of discomfort due to the heat. The breakfast options could've been better. There was a stinky smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage.

Smart hotel in centre of town in pedestrian area hence was quiet, especially with a room at the back. Less than 10 mins walk to the bus station. Pleasant breakfast. WiFi and hot water all fine. Small rooftop terrace was a plus. Good value.

No negatives.

Henry gave me an excellent welcome. He offered food and help with storing my touring bike. All staff I met on my 3 day stay was kind and courteous. The property is elegantly decorated and well located. The food is delicious. My rooms were very comfortable and very clean.

There is nothing not to like. I would love to stay again at this property.

Comfortable - given that I was very busy. I could conduct Teams meetings in my room easily good wifi

The friendliness of the staff. They were very service minded and helpful with a smiling face. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish we had hotels like this in Sweden.

Coffee at breakfast was not always as hot as it could be - it was a matter of luck depending on when you arrived. But this is a very minor point compared to the overall wonderful experience of the this lovely hotel.

The staff is a five stars ++! Any hotel or resort would want to snatch them up in a second.

This was my favorite hotel stay I’ve ever had, which is saying a great deal as a person who has traveled extensively around the world! The staff is a five stars plus! Agne, Renata, João & Iris made me feel like a VIP. They helped me find restaurants, suggested sites to see, got me my much needed coffee every morning and never let me feel lonely, which is amazing as a single traveler.

I wish they had basic bar food in the evenings, but there are restaurants right next door that fill this need.

Great central location, nice soundproof rooms and brilliant reception team.

Location is brilliant, sound proof rooms very good so the bells don’t keep you awake all night. Reception staff so so helpful, nice comfy beds too.

This isn’t really the properties fault, but the nearest car park is very expensive even with the hotel discount, in retrospect as we were staying for 4 full days in Braga we should have sourced out of town parking and taxied in.

It’s location in the heart of town. Modern and clean. Although the room and bathroom were small, the layout was good and everything was comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Great location in the center of the old town.

The hotel area is pedestrian mall which is nice for walking but you cannot drive up to the hotel but park in an underground lot with a 2-5 minute walk to the hotel.

Location was central and ideal for exploring Braga with a car park minutes away. The room was compact but very comfortable.
