The staff were willing to help, even though they didn't always speak English. When the first room turned out to have problems, reception agreed to change it promptly — the move took some time, but they sorted it out without any argument. The second room was fine: the safe worked, there was a shower cabin, and although the shower still didn't work brilliantly, it was usable. Overall, despite these issues, I had a great trip to Shanghai.
Far from the metro. The Wi-Fi was unusable for me, since registration required a Chinese phone number — luckily I had mobile internet with an eSIM. At breakfast, the dishes were labelled in Chinese only, with no English, and most of them weren't European cuisine, which made it hard to find your way around. The room I was given at check-in also had several problems: the safe didn't work, the shower was partly broken, and there was no shower cabin at all — only a bathtub, even though the room description said it would have both.

L’hôtel en soit etait bien, les équipements sont de bonnes qualités…
le personnel ne parlant pas l’anglais, de surcroît n’est pas très aimable a été le gros point négatif car pour un 4* on attend un peu mieux !!! Quant au service, le ménage n’est pas point tous les jours… quel dommage !!!
