Buen desayuno(10), limpieza excelente(10), limpieza diaria habitación (10), personal de día de recepción (10,) la ubiacion buena, a avenida principal, no muy congestionada de tráfico, no es zona de tapones, solo semáforos para pasos de peatones, con estación metrobus a 2 pasos,, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados, cajero bancario automático.tiendas..etc en la cuadra, servicio Uber y app de reparto de comida llegan, vistas desde las zonas comunes, siempre agua caliente disponible para ducharse, tv con suficientes canales y baño privado, minibar, artículos de aseo incluidos gratis, toallas limpias, sábanas, cobijas(mantas), 4 almohadas, ducha con mampara y baño con puerta, ventana que puede abrirse a patio , pasillo interior pero que esta ventilado por las zonas comunes entra aire del exterior

De noche entra luz a la habitación,(del garaje interior de autos), dificultad para dormir,,y ruido de los aires de las demas habitaciones algo molesto, la ventilación es a pasillo y patio interior , el abanico tamb algo ruidoso,,colchones con plástico bajo las sábanas puede molestar a los más refinados..

Great location, convince and fair price.

How friendly and fun the staff is, very helpful as well. Jow affordable is taking into account the location.

Small details showing poor maintenance, like loose shower handles making it hard to get the right water temperature, poor internet reception either because of the equipment or the ISP, lack of easy to reach wall plates for laptops or charging ports other than next to the bed, or not easy to reach lights when you're on bed for reding or dimmed option for in the middle of the night bathroom call

Very good

Cheap but comfortable room. Happily hosted us after we had to relocate from VIP Rosales around the corner which was horrendous. Mandela was great in comparison!

Caveat Emptor

Absolutely NOTHING! It was an airless, internal shoe box with NO WINDOWS and poor ventilation. The "windows" were plastic sliding panels facing the internal hallway. Were I a woman, I would NOT feel safe there with nothing between me and a hallway but a plastic partition. It was dark and gloomy, and frankly I wonder WHY it was listed on your site.

The photos are disingenuous. It should be called a hostel or guest house. I don't even think it rates as a MOTEL! The idea that stuck in my mind was that it was a half step above a university dormitory. But there was NO air-conditioning, NO hot water, nowhere to hang your clothes save for a couple of coat hooks on a wall. I LEFT the following morning! They said they would still have to charge me the ENTIRE AMOUNT (8 days) even though I spent less than 9 hours there. I informed them it was illegal to do that and that I'd pursue VIGOROUS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM once I got home if my American Express account wasn't reimbursed for the 7 nights I would not be there. That was not a threat and I will consult my attorney for legal remedies against all involved should my American Express account NOT be reimbursed. Camping was more comfortable than this dive guest house. Also, the very NEIGHBORHOOD it was in was dicey at best. I recommend two neighborhoods in the section of Medellin called El Poblado. One is the neighborhood of MANILA, and the other is LAURELES.

Clean, functional hotel to lay my head

The staff were lovely, very warm and helpful although only Jose on reception can speak English. All the staff were super helpful with ordering food for me as I couldn't get the Rappi app to work. Maria also was helpful with a bit of translating. My room was small but pretty well equipped. The shower was fine with hot water and towels are provided. Coffee was available most of the day free of charge. There is no bar but they have a well stocked fridge of beers and soft drinks.

The location was a bit far out, but my bad as I should have researched it better. It's a taxi ride out of Poblado. The room was small with few hooks to hang stuff, the hooks that there were, were over the mirror. The lighting in my room wasn't great, just a light bulb above the bed and I could have done with side lamps to provide more light. There was a fan attached to the wall but because it was so high up, I couldn't reach to direct it to where I needed - it looked like the position was fixed anyway. The car park is located at the back of reception, but cars have to drive through the reception to get there which was a bit off putting considering you eat in reception. It had more of a hostel feel than a hotel.

Exceptional

Whole city was booked out and when I came for check in they told me my reservation was canceled, but booking didn't report it to me. Booking support was not able to help me. They were still able to find room at the end Breakfast WiFi

don’t bother unless you want something cheap for some hanky lanky I guess.

not a lot to like. it’s cheap. you know, you get what you pay for.

some things were clean. others were grimy. sheet and floors clean. sheets were plastic. cheap. stick to your skin pretty much. uncomfortable. pillows were not so great either.
