Really friendly, helpful staff. Room bigger and better than expected - great bed, bathroom and sitting area. Kettle and fridge was great. Loved the afternoon tea and cake. Breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel for a while - great selection and eggs cooked to order. Free parking. Free ski storage at shop next to lift. Very quiet location.
Bar/restaurant only open Mondays.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Orlen Lodge! Surprising hospitality! breakfast was great, wellness was super! we had an upgrade of our room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. the owner of the hotel made our stay perfect! she has experience as a tour guide for 2 decades and helped us with great, clear suggestions for ski trips, indicating which lifts to take and which slopes. she also made a map with all kind of tips. At the end of a day skiing, there was coffee, tea and (lemon) water available and a nice snack (baked by Hermann). As an extra service there was the option to have a shower after skiing at the check-out day!

We had an amazing experience at Arlen Lodge Hotel in St. Anton. The location is perfect, with direct access to a slope that connects easily to the nearest gondola, making ski days effortless. The sauna facilities are superb—exactly what you need after a full day on the mountain—and our room was comfortable, spacious, and very well kept.
What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Chiara, who stayed late to welcome us after a long journey and made sure we had everything to start our vacation smoothly and stress-free. That level of care made all the difference.
We felt at home from the first moment and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Anton!
