Aguada Hotel

Esperamos volver a Trelew y hospedarnos nuevamente. Gracias!

This hotel is considered the best in Trelew. Staying in another hotel we can agree but this is only since the overall level of hotels in Trelew are low. The staff was very kind, smiling and willing to help (and there were many issues they helped). The parking lot is safe to keep (but see the issues). Pool was renovated, nice location in the top floor, however the pool is in a close area and the room is not ventilized and hard smell of chlorine in the air.

The city of Trelew is not safe to stay at night, cars are breaking to steal, therefore no cars are park outside. Keep away of this city. Better to drive from Puerto Madryn then to stay the Trelew. Rooms were renovated but many gaps remained: old cabinets, water taps don't work well, room keys didn't work multiple times, very noisy from the street. We didn't get the type of room we reserved in booking. They appologized and quickly replaced the room. The car parking is located very far from the hotel in the next block, few minutes walk (very uncomfortable and not safe to walk at night). The parking gate didn't work and we couldn't move the car out. The staff really tried there best, but it took them about 30min to re-try with another key and then to bring a maintenance guy (who came with no tools), and then another guy brought the required tools and fixed it. Since the hotel is far from parking, this all situation just extended while they needed to run from the hotel to the parking every time again.
