Location was great, down at beach level and close to center. Short walk level to the Chianalea district with restaurants. Across the street from nice pebble beach with crystal clear water. Elevator to the top of the town was around the corner. Rooms were large size, with high ceilings, bathrooms were large. The room we were in had a large tub with a shower head but no shower curtain so that was a bit odd, but the water did stay in the tub.
Parking in the area is very limited. They are associated with a lot that will come pick up your car and park it which is great. However you do have to call and request assistance to ensure someone is there to help unload luggages from your car and pick it up prior to check in because the hotel is on one of the main streets of the one way loop out of the beach area and there is no place to temporarily park your car to unload.(It doesn't help that Italian drivers are all in a rush for some reason and won't be happy waiting behind you as you unload). If the timing works then you are ok. We looped around a few times then made it work.

Large room with beautiful tile floors.
Tricky to get AC to work, and also the jets on the tub.
