Nous avons été accueillis, dès notre arrivée, avec beaucoup de gentillesse : prise en charge de la voiture et des bagages. On adore l'hospitalité autrichienne et celle de la famille Schneider. Tous les membres de l'équipe sont souriants et efficaces. On n'oubliera pas Georges qui rend le bar si chaleureux ou notre serveur pour le service du restaurant. Le diner du soir est fabuleux et apporte une expérience unique.
L'hotel est à 50 m de la remontée mécanique. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Erzberg de la famille Schneider.

The team at Hotel Erzberg delivered wonderful service. Everything possible was done to make our holiday easy and enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable and closely situated to the ski lifts. The food at breakfast and dinner was varied, plentiful and of a very good standard. A fantastic place to stay in Zurs, I highly recommend it.
