Glen the resort manager was brilliant, we needed help with a few extra details and he was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was Clean, fabulous location, quiet, has a lift & pool. Maroochy beach was around the corner & cotton Tree has everything you need.
We will definitely be booking accommodation again.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the area is a great place to stay, walking distance to everything. Good sized apartment with everything you need. The Milkbar cafe & Gingers Japanese restaurant across the road were great.
Apartment smelt damp and musty on arrival, no extractor fans could be causing this. Broken and mouldy blinds. The windows and tracks were dirty. Stained towels, hairs on linen. Dishes and glassware were dirty, had to put everything through dishwasher before use, had to clean utensil tray also. The spa bath would've been good if there was enough hot water to fill it, water went luke warm by the time it got to covering jets, tried twice same result. Bed was comfortable enough but the blankets stunk, one was stained. Apartment was a bit cold at night as it doesn't get much sun at all, maybe an hour in the morning. A small heater for living room in winter would have been good or a throw rug on the couch to keep warm. Please replace the rusty clothes airer in the wardrobe, no one wants their clothes stained. If you want a quiet stay, don't stay in apartment 22 as you're right next to the neighbouring resorts' pool.
