Las instalaciones, la limpieza, el trato y encontrarlo en promoción valió muchísimo el esfuerzo.
Aunque es un poco antiguo, se mantiene en muy buenas condiciones y la limpieza de la cama y muebles, hace que se sienta muy cómoda.

La comida, el balcón de mi cuarto, la vista y ubicación del hotel.
La sonrisa de uno que otro empleado me dio.
Faltó mucha amabilidad al cliente. Only 2 workers were nice, most of them looked grumpy. They need training on how to make the clients to feel welcome! To say good morning or welcoming or have a nice or a good day. Many times I felt afraid to ask for their service, they made me feel they were doing me a favor when they were doing their job. Decir, bienvenido, que le vaya bien o tenga un buen día.
La sonrisa y amabilidad debe ser número 1.
La mayoría de los empleados son jóvenes de la nueva generación que nos hacen sentir que nos están haciendo un favor al hacer su trabajo. Tienen caras muy serias que da temor pedirles un favor, casi todos ellos son así, yo conté sólo 2 (dos) empleados amables serviciales y con una sonrisa. Los demás parecen estar molestos o enojados, son cortantes.
- Durante mi estancia hubo un incidente, los administrativos o nadie nos comunico a los que estuvimos hospedados por varios días, que al día siguiente el lugar y servicio del desayuno sería diferente, ya que tendrían un grupo o una organización desayunando arriba comida buffet. A un señor lo corrieron a desayunar abajo, a mi también y en forma nada amigable. También, los colchones ya están muy viejos y duros. El Hotel Emily necesita una actualización, que los hoteles más nuevos y modernos ofrecen. Por favor NO se CONFORMEN con lo que ofrecen, PUEDEN MEJORAR. Por último, el piso del elevador está sumamente desgastado y sucio, deben poner uno nuevo. Gracias por preguntar nuestra opinión como clientes.
