Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre - keine Hektik. Sehr gutes Essen mit regionalen bodenständigen Produkten. Schöne landschaftliche Umgebung.
Bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt, gab es keinen Kritikpunkt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, es fehlt an nichts. Bei Unverträglichkeiten wird gleich ein Ersatz beim Abendmenü angeboten , wirklich top.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Toilette und Dusche waren in getrennten Räumen untergebracht. In der Dusche endlich einmal eine Armatur, die sich von selbst erklärte. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Saunalandschaft und der Naturpool, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Landschaft der Steiermark erinnert ans Auenland bei den Hobbits. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der typische Landgeruch. Es gibt im Ort einige Bauerhöfe. Diese Luft haben wir Städter sehr genossen, da es so etwas bei uns zu Hause nicht gibt.

Most of the staff was super friendly, supportive and welcoming.
The beds were comfortable and we even got an upgrade.
Only one younger member of the staff was a bit harsh, for example when we, including our obviously pregnant friend, sat down at our table before official mealtime, because we wanted to take a little break.
What really was a bit disappointing is the fact, that each day at least one of the salads wasn't fresh anymore. Probably due to the high temperatures, but still unpleasant.
