The location for us was the best and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It could use a bit of an upgrade in the bathrooms and the furniture but that isn’t something that would prevent me from going back. I will definitely be going back!!

The best part is the staff, which is warm, polite, professional, helpful and always smiling. I like this hotel for the location and the on-site parking. The hotel is a little older perhaps, but that doesn't hurt anything. It's very clean and the breakfast is good.
I think this is a very nice hotel. It is my second time in 2 trips and I will be returning every time.
I liked everything. If I were to improve a few things, that would be:
1. Wifi: they should really think about switching to a better provider, like Kosmote or Starlink.
2. Couches in the living room area are a bit old and too soft/worn
3. Pillows are a bit hard; switch to down pillows.

I had a lovely large room with a large balcony.
The pool was an amazing surprise- much larger than I expected
The shower head & rise really needed replacing , as did the wobbly sink taps.

It is not for Africans. Staffs have to learn to at least pretend to see everyone as equal
