The staff was great and very accommodating!
Let me have my room right way, even though I arrived at 9.30am. That was lovely, but of course I know that was only possible as it was low-season and the island was very quiet.
The breakfast was decent.
Small gym within 3 min walking-distance.
The location was a bit "off", but still everything was walkable.
The rooms are very functional. Meaning, not nice to look at, but do their job.

Exceptionally clean. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for our breakfast. In the center of town, inconvenient to grocery stores and shops.
Room was adjacent to the street and bathroom window was open. You could hear music and noise until well into the night.

Staff was good and room was large for the 4 of us. We had the basics to stay in Isabela.
The room was very noise on the first night, because it was friday and there is a bar on the back of the hotel, the next day there was no issue.
