This spacious home is recently updated. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it also has bonus sleeping spaces with nine single futons. Comfortably sleeping 20 guests, the property was made for your large family to gather for fun in the sun on the lake! With a new roof and air conditioner, your family is sure to enjoy this home in an abundance of comfort! The home features a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. And the game room is a natural gathering spot after a day on the lake! Featuring a pool table, arcade and darts, the friendly competition will keep you entertained for hours. A convenient kitchenette next to the game room is ideal for midnight snacks and drinks. The spacious living room features a wall of windows, exposed beams, a stone wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable sectional sofa and a second sofa with attached ottoman. The house works great for a big group but is bit exaggerated on its sleeping space. Many of the listed spaces are actually just fold out chairs, not even futons. These are not functional for a normal adult to sleep on and very uncomfortable.
Check in process is very easy and there is plenty of parking for a big group.

The lake cabin is a great spot for a group. Kitchen is well stocked, views from deck and dock are beautiful. We loved our time.

Clean and well-appointed property. We had a large group, but there were plenty of towels, lots of silverware and cookware, toilet paper, etc., which isn't always the case for a large rental. We also had multiple cars (7) and boat trailers, and the parking situation was excellent. The cleanliness was beyond reproach, which is again one of our most important qualifications for a rental.
This is definitely a five-star rental; however, there are a couple of things to note. Poison ivy is growing all around the hot tub area and needs to remedied quickly, as some of our crew had allergic reactions.
Also, we planned to put our four teenagers on the futons listed in the game room. We were unable to comfortably sleep the four boys, who are all about 6 ft tall, on the chair-futons, so they ended up on the couches and bunking with some of the adults. I would call the futons best for little children.
Nevertheless, we would definitely stay here again and were quite satisfied overall with the experience. Thank you to the owners and the host!

This property was true to the post. The house was wonderful and was able to sleep everyone comfortably. The accommodations were great and the host was responsive and lovely to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to take their family for a long weekend.

We had a funtastic time staying in this home. We have stayed in many VRBO homes. Without a doubt this home was the most organized. We so appreciated the cleanliness, the guidebook to the house and the area, the amenities which includes all of the things we needed but forgot at home, the cleaning expectations and rules, and the added touches like being able to check in early on the arrival date and the CHRISTMAS tree. The entire 4 days were very peaceful and joyful. While our family of 10 staying in the house had plenty of room to spread out, it was also very accommodating to our extended family of 24 for carols, games and one meal a day. The open, warm family room was perfect for all of our inclusive activities. We are hoping this home will be available the next time we come to Cedar Creek.

It was super fun the property was amazing! My only gripe was that when I wanted to start a barbeque at night there wasn't enough lighting for that but other then that everything else was good!

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home on the lake! The house was well equipped with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for large groups, which made it a super fun spot to relax with our family and friends. They even had a shed full of water toys too, which was such a plus on top of everything else. 10/10 recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. Large family room/dining/kitchen and deck was well suited for family gatherings. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. Futons throughout the house are perfect for kids. We spent a lot of time in the water. House is located in a small cove; no through traffic. Boat dock was perfect for swimming. Plenty of water toys; water guns, kick boards, floats and life vests. Large 'lily pad' was great to gather around and relax on. Overall, a great time.

1. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best I have seen in all my VRBO stays. Everything you need is there and then some
2. The property manager, Morgan, is outstanding. Very prompt, pleasant to work with, accommodating. Without him, the rating would have been a 1/5 .He allowed us to check-out 2 hours late (though the default check-out time of 10 AM is a bit excessive), gave us a discount on the cleaning fees due to the condition of the house, when we came in (more details below). Overall, the owners are lucky to have such a nice property manager
Misses:
1. The house was not clean. Doesn't look the house was properly cleaned after the last occupants left. The living room was not swept properly, the kitchen floor was sticky and worst of all, we found some used underwear and clothes from prior occupants lying around in the bedrooms. After complaining, the property manager arranged for light cleaning while we were there, but this is something that should have been taken care of. If I cannot trust that used clothing had not been removed, I have to wonder what else was not cleaned properly. The property manager gave a discount on the cleaning fees, but still a big miss
2. The house looks smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Also the number of beds was accurate, but the way they were arranged does not leave room for privacy if there are more adults than kids. Also the living room is over-crowded with a lot of stuff which leaves very little room for movement
3. The pricing was a bit too high, esp given the size and condition of the house. I would have expected the house to be more polished for such a price. This property has definitely aged quite a bit

Lots for room!
There were 12 of us, and we filled the bedrooms. There are other beds for more people, but bathrooms might become crowded with many more guests.
Also, you may find it helpful to know that most of the lawn area is sloping. We took croquet and badminton, but there was not a large enough level area to support that.
We did take the kayaks out, and that was fun. We used the hot tub several times and the fire pit. And, we caught several fish off the dock.
We enjoyed our stay, but it should be noted that the house needs some repairs. The screened in porch needs to have the floor fixed. It is a tripping hazard to get out the door. One of the doors off that porch needs to be replaced. The chain link fence is leaning. I was able to take my dogs but always had to have my eye on them since they could have escaped from the back yard. The wifi was very slow, and if you don’t have Roku, you may find the TV challenging.
The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the manager was very quick to help us with one small issue. We had a great time; this house just needs some TLC.
