The apartment was lovely. Very quiet area. Very clean & comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with & very responsive to messages & questions. I will be quick to stay here again when next in Echuca. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

Great stay and very convenient to family and friends nearby

This was a great place to stay. An excellent location for the Riverboats music festival. Prompt responses and assistance from our host. Comfortable beds, updated bathroom, plenty of kitchen utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We were disappointed with some of the cleanliness of the property. Starting at the front door, the garden was full of weeds and badly maintained. The rubbish bins right by the front door was off putting when there is ample room for them elsewhere. When we went out the back we were greeted by a thistle right outside the door that was well above knee height. The furniture was dirty and covered in cobwebs. There was a layer of dust on the back of the toilet wall and something smeared on the tiles. The carpet was in need of a good clean. I dropped a piece of jewellery on the bedroom floor and when I moved the bed to retrieve it found a thick layer of dust and dirty tissue. The fact that in this day and age there is no Wifi was strange. I have never Paid to stay in a place before and been asked to vacuum and wash floors before leaving. I thought this is what we are paying for, a holiday not to do your cleaning. Owing to the above I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
