Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $449 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. There is a reason they call this 'Scenic Gulf Drive' - Come discover some of the most beautiful white beaches and majestic views in Miramar Beach and, for that matter, the entire Gulf. A true vacationers paradise! Scenic Solitude located in Maravilla Resort, one of the most highly sought after family and dog-friendly resorts in Maravilla Beach area. Maravilla is located between Scenic Gulf Highway and US 98W on the eastern perimeter of Destin in Miramar Beach. A perfect mix of days at the beach, family activities, nearby golf, and a short walk to great restaurants, combine to make Maravilla one of Destin's most desirable vacation addresses. You will enjoy morning walks, afternoon swimming, and evening walks and fishing on the sparkling white beaches. Our second home is located in Building 3, just steps from Maravilla's private beach, or the heated pool with jacuzzi. Our smoke-free and well-appointed condominium is open and spacious with a 27' balcony off of the living room and master bedroom and features one of the more spacious two-bedroom layouts in the development. The main living area offers seating in a pastel blue matching sofa (a queen-sized sleeper sofa) and loveseat. For a bit of an accent, we have a new coral covered side chair. White wood furnishings accompany the seating and serve to complement the clean and refreshing look of the condo. The main living area has a flat screen 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV with cable connection. A new Ceiling fan/LED light that is operated with remote control. The Master Bedroom has been appointed with an Englander king size mattress, with new bedding, Cindy Crawford furniture, 2 night stands with lamps, and a wall-mounted 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV. A new Hunter ceiling fan/LED light that is operated with remote control. These amenities combine to create a sophisticated and comfortable reprieve for our guests. The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a Sealy queen size mattress, with new bedding, two night stands with lamps, a 42" Samsung Smart TV, and a new Hunter ceiling fan/LED light with remote control option. The main bathroom is easily accessible from the hallway outside of the Guest Bedroom. The newly renovated kitchen includes white quartz with subtle gray vein counter-tops, brand new Maytag French Door refrigerator, Maytag Range, Maytag Dishwasher and state of the art low profile Microwave that allows for extra counter space for preparing food. A newly installed LED recessed lighting and cutting edge light fixture over the range. Also included in the renovation is all new coffee pot, Keurig with pods, blender, toaster, instant pot, utensils, plates, glasses, and pots and pans. The dining area features a table and two Cunningham Woven Wicker chairs and four additional chairs. Also for your convenience, is a stackable washer/dryer, new hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a new iron and ironing board. Relax in either of Maravilla's two pools, or spend time under your two umbrellas at the beach, which we provide, along with four chairs reserved and set up each day in season (March 8-October 31) by Holiday Isle Beach Service. There is a new addition to Miramar Beach, Dolphin Reef. The reef offers visitors a fascinating glimpse at South Walton's ocean life. The reef is composed of more than 75 artificial structures that, when viewed from above, form the shape of Miramar Beach's resident Bottlenose dolphins. Dolphin Reef is easily accessible kayak or paddleboard and given it's shallow depth, it can be explored by snorkelers and swimmers. For the more athletically minded, play on one of Destin's many championship golf courses, work out in Maravilla's private fitness center, or play tennis on either of two newly resurfaced (2017) courts. You can even shoot some hoops or play some shuffleboard on-property. Of course, there are always amusement parks, miniature golf courses, and shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Stores to compete for your leisure time. You are walking distance to some of the best dining options, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's, both on the Gulf for an evening of pleasure and relaxation. There's plenty of room for your family of six, and your beach accessories. Enjoy the view from our large, 27 ft. long, third floor balcony, with 2 ceiling fans, that looks out through the palms to the Gulf, and some magnificent sunsets. The balcony is accessible from both the main living area, and the master suite. Step onto the balcony, take a seat on the patio furniture, sip your favorite beverage, and have a relaxing evening with your family or friends while the breeze rustles through the palms. This condo is the perfect place to stay for anyone trying to go to the beach and if you’re trying to bring your fur babies along is a plus! The location is perfect right on the beach and very close to all restaurants and shops. Donna the host was amazing and so kind. Great communication and went out of her way for anything we needed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus some. Baby and pet friendly. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use again!

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location, with a short walk to the beach. We loved that there were some beach supplies and towels available if we needed them.
She has everything you would need in the kitchen, including an air fryer, pressure cooker, and even seasonings, and oil.
The beds and a pull out couch were very comfortable! No complaints from my family.
The email with the food suggestions were perfect for us! We took advantage of the carry out option for pizza one night ❤️.

My 82 year old Mom and I stayed at the condo !! My Mom kept talking about how much she loved the decorating !!! Donna is a fabulous hostess !!!!! Her condo is so beautiful and has all the comforts of home !!!! Mom was able to ride her electric wheelchair down the boardwalk to Pompano Joes and we enjoyed a great meal !!! The beach was gorgeous and what a treat for Donna to include complimentary beach chairs on the beach in the rental !!! This condo has everything you need for a fabulous time !!!!!! Thanks so much Donna !!!!!!

Stayed at Donna’s place for a long weekend with my furbaby and it could not have been better. The condo is clean, decorated super cute and stocked with more than you need! Bed was comfy. Great location to places to eat, could not have been an easier process—we will be back.

This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and it’s perfect every time! Mrs. Donna is a wonderful host and her condo has lots of extra touches. If you forgot something…more than likely mrs Donna has it in the condo. We love that the walk to the beach is like 2 min if that. Her place is decorated so cute and beachy. We also love that we can bring our golden retriever with us and that the condo is also within walking distance to pompano joes ( excellent food and drinks) Thanks again for a great stay! We will prob be back next year!

Our stay at Donna’s place was the best experience from the beginning to the end! The location was great and only a very short walk to the beach. The condo was a beautiful beach feel with a great patio that extends to the master bedroom that was perfect to have breakfast on and take in the view. Absolutely everything was immaculate upon arrival! A parking pass and one guest pass was included which was great since we came in separate cars..we never struggled to find parking! The whole place was beyond well equipped from the kitchen (even had a air fryer!) to bathrooms having toiletries ..she really thought of everything her guests might need during their stay, right down to providing coolers and large pulp soft beach towels to take to the beach! And the absolute best perk was having the 4chairs and two umbrellas setup service everyday! We didn’t have to carry anything except our cooler and pool bag to the beach!
Definitely highly recommend this host and her condo for your next beach trip! We will be going back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve been visiting Destin for years and this has been our favorite place to stay thus far! The condo complex is very nicely maintained, is quiet, and is in a great location; just a few steps from the private beach! The unit itself is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you may need, and was very clean. Most importantly to us was that our dog was welcome! She loved the balcony! There are even a few restaurants within walking distance. And, a fantastic, family-owned, veteran-owned, parasailing company right down the beach as well. Destin has beautiful beaches, emerald waters, fantastic places to eat (we love the Back Porch) and many great golf courses to choose from (our favorite is Kelly Plantation).
The owner even took time to message me throughout our stay to ensure that all was going well! We highly recommend staying here; we will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was wonderful to have access to beach toys for the kids. The starter supplies were very helpful after arriving in the evening. The pool was warm and the beach towels an added bonus. Would certainly stay here again. Wonderful location and unit!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, they also had extra coolers, floats, and chairs for the beach! Donna was very quick to respond to all messages and helpful for recommending local restaurants with great seafood. The beach was right across the street and was convenient to shops and restaurants. What can I not say. I LOVED this property. Condo was decorated excellent, felt like home away from home. Kitchen was fully stocked even though I bought all of my items from home, it was a nice touch. One minute walk to the beach across the street. Enjoyed the free beach chairs and umbrellas each day. The beach was not crowded at all. Loved that it was private with limited access. Pools were nice and not crowded. This is the first condo that I have stayed in where there was no loud music, noise or loud uncontrollable kids everywhere. Couldn't even hear my neighbors. Plenty of parking. Convenient to any shopping that we needed, grocery stores, outlet mall and restaurants. Ms. Donna the owner was excellent. Can't wait to book again.

We rented Scenic Solitude for 6 weeks to get away from the cold weather of Illinois. Excellent choice. The place was just as advertised and really nice. With 2 br 2 ba it is the perfect size. We love the location and feel it is at the center of where we wanted to be.. We definitely want to come back next year.
