La ubicación
El pésimo servicio de la recepcionista de la noche, ya que dijo que si se reservaba por este medio, ellos no eran responsables de nada, el aire acondicionado no servía, el teléfono no servía y la televisión fallaba. Y me dijo que le hablara a booking para que me lo arreglaran, que ellos solo eran responsables si se realizaba la reservación directamente con ellos, y no a través de otro medio.

Place was clean.
It was loud. I could hear every car, trailer, and other guest passing by. They need double pane windows and thicker doors.

Everything the room was great the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also great and it was quite we were able to rest.

Understaffed when you have all your rooms booked and it takes two hours to get your dinner served. And it was cold.

The staff was awesome, got helped with the luggage. Breakfast included was awesome, plenty options to choose and very tasty.
The mattress was too soft, pillows were ver low quality too flat. The hotel seems to be renovated, needs small items fixed still. The air conditioning was either to hot or too cold.

I liked the pool, even tho I didn't use it, but I was dying to get in! I loved the big bed, the clean sheets, great pillows, and the AC, I also liked that I could go out and smoke very comfortably near my room
The restroom room didn't shut well. The shower drained was clogged, so everytime I took a shower I ended up in a big puddle of water. This is all I saw that wasn't good.
