Location, clean room.
Just an incident with one clerk at the front desk at check in. A couple of unconsidered employees (clerk and bell bot on the night shift), turned off the lights and closed the main door while I was dealing with two big suitcases (53 pounds each) and assisting my old mother (she is 93) climbing the stairs. In a very rude manner they asked if to take the back door and refused to open the door.
It’s a shame, because I have been a regular customer since 2021 and never have been treated like this.

The location
The breakfast was very basic. The hotel had no amenities.

The view was most important being close to downtown
I booked for view but didn’t receive then had to pay extra to get what I booked
