The hotel is in a great location, very close to the seafront and about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Hanga Roa. They organised Transfers to and from the airport which were very efficient. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food and the staff were very attentive and ensured things were topped up if they were running low. You can get Tours organised through them, but we had already booked ours so didn't need to. We did go to a Cultural Dance Show with Dinner which was very enjoyable. We also ate in the Restaurant one afternoon and it has a nice terrace overlooking the ocean. The Swimming Pool area was very nice, although the water was very cold. All in all we were very pleased with our choice and enjoyed our stay.
We did have some cockroaches in our room each day, and the first night I had one crawling around my head when I was in bed, which wasn't pleasant. There were 4 of them on the floor when we got up, but they weren't very active, so I think they must use something when they clean that kills them, so it's good they are doing their best to deal with it. There are alot of Chickens running around the hotel which are cute, especially the chicks, but the Cockerels are quite noisy in the morning. It didn't bother us, but it might do if you're a light sleeper.

Great location by the beach, good buffet breakfast, good restaurant menu, good service staff, nice and spacious property well maintained and landscaped very nice and the price less, than half of the price I paid at another hotel which was not nearly as good
Nothing could have been better, I only wish that I had stayed there for my entire stay on the Island

Beautiful setting.
Clean good sized pool.
Water cooler in reception
2 very good receptionists and the guy in reception at night.
Basic, no coffee machine in the room
No fridge in room
Restaurant not very good, selection of food was not great
Couple of the staff were rude
Did not pick us up after they emailed to say they would. Responded to email a week in advance and no response and was left to get a taxi
