Fantastic location, own access to the lake, very nice staff/owners.
A lot of great restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.

Struttura accogliente, staff molto cordiale, ottima colazione. Posizione comoda per visitare Sirmione/Peschiera (in macchina sono circa 10 minuti) o Desenzano (20 min in auto).
Comodo parcheggio gratuito in struttura.
Camera pulita, con balcone e piccolo frigorifero.

É stato un ottimo soggiorno anche se solo per 2 notti, la struttura si trova direttamente sul lago, e in una posizione ottima per raggiungere Sirmione, lo staff é stato molto professionale e cordiale, colazione molto buona.

the view should be perfect, there was mist over the lake but I am sure is really nice, breakfast was ok.
Too old fashion, it had that old hotel smell in the closet and felt old and it wasn't very clean either.
