We were really happy with the Iverna and had requested a high room in the building and a sea view. We got both!!!
There were quite a few stairs to walk up, but really well worth it for the fabulous view across the sea.
Our room was so light and airy, beautifully decorated in a fresh blue and was spotlessly clean and tidy and very well appointed.
Our bed was really comfortable with fresh white sheets and pillow and the shower was great with plentiful fresh towels. There was a table and two chairs in front of one of the windows so we could enjoy a cup of tea looking out over the beach. You could also sea the pier from the other window and tea/coffee making facilities were available and also a microwave and plates/knives/forks and spoons if you wanted something extra to eat.
The location couldn't have been better too - a short walk along the sea front to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.
We would certainly book this room again if we returned to Eastborne. It was far better than we imagined!
There wasn't anything we didn't like - out stay was perfect and the weather was perfect as well.

Lovely comfortable room with Balcony and fridge. Dog Friendly. Opposite the beach with everything on your doorstep.

The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a Nice ocean view, fresh sea air, large room that was clean and tidy. Good location from which to visit local sights.
Water pressure was too low and had to run hot tap for long time before water became warm. Bed is very old and facilities in room needs updating (kettle and fridge). Parking on street was very tricky and we had to drive around for a long time to find a space and then walk back to hotel. It was very noisy at night as we had to keep windows open as it was hot and traffic and pedestrians continued until very late.
