As instalações ficaram abaixo das expectativas: degrau do beliche danificado e oferecendo risco de machucar; poucas tomadas e uma delas não estava funcionando; peças do banheiro com ferrugem ou quebradas; chuveiro não funcionava a temperatura morna.
