We did not stay at Parador Austral, we stayed instead at a sister logde, Tres Lagos Hacienda. The place was wonderful, apartments were beautiful and had a great view. Food was excellent and the staff was so helpful.

El lugar es muy lindo. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, muy limpias, buena iluminación y calefacción. La gente es muy amable y el administrador nos dio mucha información del lugar y sus alrededores. Muy recomendable

El hotel se encuentra en un entorno muy agradable. Todas las instalaciones son armoniosas con la geografía. La habitación era preciosa, muy cómoda en todos sus aspectos. El personal sumamente amable y servicial. Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro vehículo y el personal se ocupó de solucionarlo. El servicio de restorán fue muy bueno. Un lugar ideal para descansar. En suma: todo excelente.

Lo que más me agradó a mí y a familia fue la atención de las garzonas y de las personas del desayuno; ella fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos atendieron excelente. Esto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho mejor.
El hotel es bueno, sin embargo, nos hospedamos en las cabañas del sector “Parador Austral”, y el aseo dejó mucho que desear, detrás de las camas había mucho polvo y varios insectos muertos (hasta una araña), además nos quedamos por 2 noches y tampoco nos hicieron el aseo en la habitación durante nuestra estancia. También, se escucha mucho ruido y conversaciones de las otras cabañas; en el sector de las habitaciones Sebastian y Katy. Así que la aislación no es buena y el aseo de las habitaciones tampoco.
