スタッフの方の対応が良く、食事もご当地ならではのものが工夫されていてとても美味しかった。温泉の泉質も良く、夜中でも入れたのが良かった。
部屋のバストイレが狭く使いづらかった。大浴場、特に露天風呂にクモの巣が目立っていたりが気になったので、もう少し清掃を気にかけていただけたらとても良い。
