stunning setting with real Tuscany views, our apt was very well cared decoration-wise. very friendly staff and always available. the property is located in a small village where you have access to food and a great restaurant.

We visited the place for a second time and the reason why we came back is that everything is perfect. The staff is so friendly and lovely, you feel like you’re at home. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need (we have stayed in two different apartments). The views are amazing and so is the pool. There is a small restaurant in the village which serves so freaking good dishes if you don’t want to cook by yourself. We are definitely coming back again!

This place has magical sunset view, the nicest host and very good restaurant next to it. We enjoyed the size of the room as well as the pool area, it was quite, serene and close to San Gimignano if you wish to visit this place.

The pool and the facilties were super nice. The view is extraordinary. It is a very quit place where you could nicely relax if you have good and sunny weather.
Without notice there was an extra charge for the baby crib (10€/night).
Hot water was turned off 30 minutes before checkout.
Appartements were very dark and cold during the night (late September). You could have heated with the air conditioning all night, but that would mean to keep it running all the time.
The bed broke in the middle of the night, which did not seem to be a new issue, as a pillar was missing to keep the bed stable in the middle. There were no apologies, the fix was to open up the2nd bedroom, with two single beds.

The property is extremely beautiful and the view is stunning. Great big pool to enjoy the sun and swimming. The apartment was big and clean and we were lucky to get the best one which had amazing view from the terrace. The apartment was cosy, kitchen had everything you need to cook meals and really good bed where you sleep well. We enjoyed the place so much that we stayed one extra night. The staff was so friendly and I recommend to take the served breakfast at least one time and enjoy it on the terrace. There is also small restaurant in a walking distance which has excellent food. Huge recommendation for this place.

The amazing view on Tuscany. Silence, peace. Beautiful house and pool. Was perfect❤️ really love it and I want to back! Perfect location, near beautiful Toscany town.

Upon arrival we got an upgrade to the bigger apartment which was very nice as we stayed here for 9 nights. This apartment had a terrace which was perfect for breakfast and lunch. The location is amazing with a beautiful view from the pool. Also, everything was very clean and they also changed our towels during our stay. Simply perfect!!

What a beautiful location. Very nice and helpful host. Breakfast very good. The view is phenomenal. Pool is perfect. Iano is such a nice village to stay. The restaurant in the village is just wow! Good Italian dishes for good prices. Would visit again!
