La struttura è pulita e accogliente proprietari gentili bel giardino curato immerso nel silenzio
Unica pecca non ha aria condizionata , ma solo ventilarori
E non ha il secondo bagno come menzionato nella descrizione.. c'è un bagno di servizio fuori dall'appartamento che possono usufruire tutti come secondo bagno.
Ma all'interno dell'appartamento un solo bagno al secondo piano .aggiungerei anche qualche specchio in più perché c'è solo quello del bagno..

tutto bene .
in zona c'è pochissima linea e il wifi non è stato possibile utilizzarlo ma per poche notti è andata bene cosi.
salvo questo piccolo inconveniente è tutto perfetto.

Es war einfach wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es war kein Problem, sehr kurzfristig anzureisen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb mit einem sehr schönen Außengelände, einer Außenküche, die man für Barbecue nutzen konnte und bequemen Liegen. Die Waschmaschine konnte genutzt werden und es gab Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Bewertungen zum Internet müssen alt sein, wir hatten guten wlan-Empfang.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und frisch abgefülltes Olivenöl gibt es beim Gut gegenüber. Rocca San Giovanni hat eine sehenswerte Altstadt und Fossacesia hat die beste Konditorei/Abhol-Pizzeria auf unserer ganzen Italienreise: Susi.
Alles in allem eine wärmste Empfehlung und wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder.

L'ambiente è molto confortevole e per una vacanza rilassante è perfetto. Noi siamo stati in 7 persone in due appartamenti con 5 camere in totale e due bagni. C'è una veranda esterna molto comoda e carina per mangiare insieme o passare del tempo in compagnia in un ambiente comune
Visto che pioveva tanto saltava spesso la luce nella parte esterna alla casa e non era possibile stare nella veranda, ma non è stato un grande problema.
La posizione è molto comoda se si ha la macchina.
