I recommend this hotel a specially due to the great localization.

I recently stayed at "only rooms" in Cavour Street and my experience had both positives and negatives. While the location was convenient, I encountered some significant drawbacks that affected my overall comfort and satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The location of the accommodation was undeniably good, providing easy access to nearby restaurants. However, there were several aspects of the stay that left much to be desired. First and foremost, the bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. I had to resort to purchasing my own pillow to get a decent night's rest, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the lighting system in the apartment was inadequate. During the day, the place felt rather dark, making it challenging for me to work comfortably. Moreover, opening the window for some fresh air came with an unpleasant surprise - the smell from a nearby restaurant's kitchen permeated the apartment, creating an unappetizing ambiance. As a result, I was forced to keep the windows closed. The cleanliness of the place was also subpar. I noticed various cleanliness issues that were not up to the standard I expected for the price I paid. Speaking of the price, I found it to be considerably high for the quality of service provided. The overall experience fell short of what I anticipated, making it difficult to justify the cost. In conclusion, while the location was a positive aspect, the uncomfortable bed, poor lighting, unwanted odors, cleanliness issues, and the relatively high cost of the stay made it a less than satisfactory experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the overall quality of the service. Please note that this review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different opinions based on their stay.

Good

Great location in Marina so it's very convenient for late/early flight.

Limited facilities. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room which was nice but it would be better to provide normal cups instead of plastic ones. Also, we spent there 2 nights and there was not enough coffee capsules for that stay. We haven't met anyone from staff and check-in process could be improved, as it took a while to get directions on how to access the room.

great location for sightseeing, bad for rest and long sleep :)

it was clean, the host was responsible ;) there was a coffee in an appartement :)

it was very loud in the morning in the street and in the second apartment and it was all heard in our place.

Great place and location but very noisy.

the location was perfect, the bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

they had some refurbishment going on in the building and we couldn’t sleep past 8am. if I knew this was the case, I wouldn’t have booked it. the lift didn’t work.

A Pleasant Stay But Needs Improvements

The location is great, very central. The rooms were clean, the AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee.

My check-in experience was stressful and I couldn’t get inside without contacting the staff. More detailed info on how to get into the building is needed. My TV didn’t have a signal, the safe didn’t work and the wifi didn’t work at all on my final night. It’s quite noisy and at 3:30am someone was walking around outside my room - in the morning the front door was open (luckily my bedroom door was locked but it did make me feel uncomfortable).

Pleasant

The location of the place is perfect, just 100m away from the main square. The room is good just for sleeping otherwise I felt like in the cave. The kitchen have good equipment

There is no natural light. The neighbours were rude. During the night something happened and the next day the main door lock was changed, so I did not feel safe at all. Therw is no physical contact with the owner.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful time here, it is in the heart of the city, very close cu Piazza Matteotti and the train station, so very good connections with beaches and rest of the island. Clean and very well equipped, kitchen has everything we needed. AC in all 3 rooms.

Can be a bit noisy because of the restaurants right under the window, if you are looking for a quiet place might not be ideal, but if you are looking for excellent location, it is the best choice for Cagliari.

Fab location and very clean. Communication was excellent and very friendly.

There was building works next door to the property that started every morning at 8. Very noisy. Breakfast was poor, long life croissants and crackers. The bedrooms are very close together, like living in a house, so you could hear what people were saying and coming and going.
