The location and staffs are very accomodating. They have a Smiile right beside the train station and they can transport your things when you artive to the hotel and on your way back.
I like everything except for the soft pillows.

The view is good. Also complimentary services( drink and snack) at Library cafe is great. Nice bed. Pillow is too soft for me but great for kids
Hotel itself does not have activity in winter . No laundromat. No onsen. No buffet for breakfast. Breakfast menu might not be for kids.

Beautiful location. Tranquility
The hallway is very long to walk to the room, and the hotspring facilities need to be traveled by bus, a little bit complicated but the service for there is good.
