Great host, M, and the team. The kids were so happy, and M made sure we had a great comfortable stay. Rooms are very nice, well kept, and with a great balcony to the river.
We had no issues at the property. It is in nice wood style, so the wood has aged a bit, but we liked that.

My stay at Baantip Suantong, a big resort with a cozy bed & breakfast vibe, was honestly great. The room was comfortable with a contemporary decor vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Loved how peaceful it felt—close to Amphawa Floating Market but not stuck in the middle of the crowds. Plus, that river view in the morning is totally worth it.
For what you get—the space, the view, and the calm—it’s absolutely worth the price. If you’re after peaceful, relaxing, and slow-day vibes, this spot hits the mark.
Things to Keep in Mind
There’s no on-site restaurant, but the staff provides a big list of recommended local spots, so you’ll have plenty of choices nearby.
Public transport is limited—just a few tuk-tuks, slow buses, and motorbike ride services. Taxis need to be pre-booked at least a day ahead.
Honestly, it’s best if you drive here yourself for convenience.

Lovely riverside location, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to Amphawa.
The rooms are a little old fashioned and not the most comfortable bed. The shower is not big......
