El tamaño de la habitación, la tranquilidad y la bañera de hidromasaje en la habitación. La iluminación de la habitación también estaba bien.
Tener que salir del complejo para acceder a la suite y la limpieza (había una tapa de una cuchilla del anterior inquilino sin recoger). Otra cosa es que cuando entramos en la habitación estaba llena de moscas, siendo esto bastante incómodo.

The room was nice although the fireplace needed painting
We had a lot of luggage. The staff did not volunteer to take the luggage or to help me carry it up the stairs. The air conditioning was shooting out hot air. I asked the front desk to fix it. He came up and said it was set wrong but didn’t change any of the setting other than to turn it off. He said it will turn on by itself and will work in a little while. Of course it didn’t. We opened all the windows to cool the place off. I found the staff to be less than friendly and not helpful.
